A stylish escape game at the Carnavalet Museum to do as a tribe

Week End Kids

How to occupy the children in Paris at the weekend? The Do It team has found cool and unusual activities for you… All that remains is to find your happiness.

Trust the Carnavalet Museum Escape Game

In the heart of the Marais, this insane private mansion is the incrediblemuseum of the city of Paris which tells its story from Lutèce until today and currently houses the extraordinary exhibition on Proust .

On Sunday, the Les Ouvreuses collective transforms the Carnavalet museum into an extraordinary playground during a tailor- made Escape Game . Objective for your tribe: save Paris from a terrible cyber-attack that threatens to erase the memory of all its inhabitants. Any resemblance to actual events is purely coincidental...

On the program: recover secret codes, open the mysterious padlock, deliver a message to save Paris and above all find six enigmatic objects.

Accompanied by an adult, your little wolves (from 7 years old) have 80 minutes top time to carry out the missions within the museum and break through the computer code. A fun activity for fun and a deep dive into the secrets and history of Paris. Everything we love.

The extra thing: we end in style with a brunch at Café Foufou .

Threat to Paris , at the Carnavalet Museum, 23 rue de Sévigné, Paris 3rd. Single date on Sunday March 13 at 10:15 a.m. Admission €16 by reservation.

Brunch in an unusual toy library

For who ?
All family and friends.

Have an aperitif with friends, work in coworking, have a family brunch, play in a toy library, the Super Café is all that at once.

Imagined as a friendly cocoon , the café-restaurant is a cozy intergenerational place where you can curl up on the large benches to drink and eat small homemade dishes from fresh products or even on a large table for a gigantic feast. For children, a toy library , a hidden reading cabin , board games with free access. We love the replica mini-bistro on a child's scale and the library accessible to all ages.

The added plus: the SUPER Sunday brunch (€26), available in two versions. The Classic , English style with eggs and bacon, and the Flexi' veggie , with mousses, sweet potato and salmon waffles... Yum!

Super Café , 16 rue de Fontarabie Paris 20th. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., until midnight on weekends. 09 81 94 44 98.

Book fashion workshops for your teens

For who ? Future stylists.

We take our little curious fashion fans to the Palais Galliera to (re)create a fashion culture for them . The workshops are led by a visual artist who offers both theoretical and practical activities: development of a style booklet, learning to draw silhouettes according to the different periods from the 18th century to the present day, treasure hunts in the course of a fashion history.

The added plus: a tailor-made workshop for the whole family by creating their own woven tote bag . Super trendy, we discover the artisanal techniques of weaving in the workshop before returning home with your homemade hot fabric bag and made like a pro.

Family Tote Bag Workshop at Palais Galliera, 10 avenue Pierre 1er de Serbe, Paris 16th, 01 56 52 86 00 , from €16 for over 6s by reservation .

Participate in the special kids workshops of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac in Beaubourg

For who ? Future DAs

It's the most creative and cool event of the holidays. The Center Pompidou invited Jean-Charles de Castelbajac to the Galerie des Enfants to design hyper-colored games and music for children around symbols. We advise you to arrive early to be able to test everything!

This gives stands animated by great mediators: making a flag , sound hopscotch, puzzle of foam cubes to create totems , composition of a band on a turntable for children, dancefloor to dance and act crazy, participation in a dance performance ...

The extra thing? The workshops are completely free , just remember to book before coming!

Workshops for children aged 4 to 8, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 7 p.m., every day except Tuesday, reservation required .

Trust the new HQ of trendy mums

For who ? The cool kids.

Looking for the latest trending daycare right now? You will love it, cool mums such as director Justine Bond but also Marie Faure Ambroise (creator of My Travels Dreams ) have been there. Opened a few days ago, it is already stormed by Parisians.

Palomano is a place of creative awakening , a mini-city where the child decides to be a firefighter, cook, doctor or hairdresser in a world just for him. Here, the child has fun above all but also develops his autonomy and his personality without rules or limits. The place is tastefully designed, very colorful with several themed rooms depending on the activities on offer (the “ false ” market is definitely better stocked with fruit and vegetables than the local Monop').

Palomano-City , 125 boulevard Jean Jaurès, 92110 Clichy. Open every day, entry from €9.5 for children, €5.5 for adults.

The added plus: the games are reproduced in real size for total immersion.
