Remember Woodstock? Well, Le Fooding, the gourmet guide of reference, is organizing on Thursday 5 June its Foodstock night watch. An evening festival dedicated to great eats, with an ambiance led by master entertainer of Parisian nights Nicolas Ullman and Dj sets, so you can chill around stands and taste high flying nibbles.
The line up? Really mouth-watering. Eats concocted by restaurants recently reviewed in the guide, starting with the very rock’n’roll pulled pork sandwich by Frenchie to go , pop foccacia signed Il Bigante, the roasted cauliflower and the funky cocktail of Mary Celeste including an eggplant caviar by the rising star at the Sven Chartier ovens and a confit de joue de bœuf by the chef of Nüba. A fun and gourmet gathering that will take place on the über trendy rooftop of the Docks.
Foodie comrades, rejoice because reservations open today (Tuesday 6 May) at 2pm on the Fooding site. Prepare yourselves to shake those plates.
