Nüba, the ultra trendy waterfront terrace

Freshly reopened, Nüba (pronounce « nouba ») is moving up this season as the « hot spot» of trendy Parisians. Normal, the huge terrace of this club-restaurant, perched on the roof of the very select Wanderlust, dominates the capital with a fab view on the docks and the Seine.

Phew: here, forget the bling, the spirit here is more like a hip, super-trendy « holiday camp».

In terms of food, healthy cuisine, to be savored in the sun... The slate menu oscillates between Japan, Sweden and France. The result is bento style plates with beef, fish or veggies that are served with tofu (15 €), cleverly twisted meats with Asian sauces (18 €) and a daily fish special (15 €).

We like: tanning and wallowing in the deck chairs for an afternoon of sun or at happy hour, to enjoy the last rays of sun while sipping a mojito.

The must ? Starting at 11pm, jump right into party nights where the tone is given by the team of Le Baron on the roof top, just like in New York.

And soon: the opening of the La Frite food truck to dig into a real Belgian fry.
