The list of good ingredients for 4 people
We rush to the market to stock up:
- 300g shelled peas
- 200g strawberries
- 160g baby spinach
- 4-6 tbsp. lemon vinaigrette
- 100g feta
- 1 red onion
- A few mint leaves
- Salt pepper
The recipe for this sexy baby salad
Cook the peas for 5 minutes in a pot of boiling water, then plunge them into a bowl of ice water.
Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them in half or quarters depending on their size. Wash and drain the spinach leaves.
Peel and mince the red onion.
In a salad bowl, combine the peas, strawberries and baby spinach. Add the lemon vinaigrette. Mix gently.
Divide the salad between plates.
Sprinkle with crumbled feta, minced red onion and chopped mint leaves.
