Preparation
In a bowl, pour the farmer cheese at the bottom.
On the surface of the farmer cheese, pour on half the bowl a tablespoon of honey mixed with b 1⁄2 teaspoon of grated ginger.
Peel and slice in round shapes the green ZESPRI kiwi and place it in rosace formation on the farmer cheese on the other side of the bowl.
Finally, add the coconut shavings, the goji berries and the chia seeds.
