The veggie carpaccio of Anne-Charlotte Pontabry

Carpaccio Veggie

Cordelia de Castellane herself never leaves the Little easy and gourmet recipes of the foodie actress Anne-Charlotte Pontabry . Among his finds, a very light mushroom carpaccio, to be made in just a few minutes.

Ingredients to shop for 4 people

500 g button mushrooms

200 g of parmesan in pieces

1 or 2 lemons

Persil plate

Olive oil

Salt pepper

Preparation

Slice your mushrooms very finely after having washed and trimmed them.

Arrange them nicely on a large flat plate, drizzle them with lemon juice and olive oil, add salt and pepper.

Using your paring knife, cut some parmesan shavings.

Arrange the mushrooms and add flat-leaf parsley.

 

And There you go ! It couldn't be easier!!!
