Véganie, the boutique of 100% vegan cosmetics

Beaute Veganie

Where to find vegan cosmetics in Paris? Two solutions. Option 1: at Sephora/Nocibé/Marionnaud, you are in charge of checking out the components and logs of each product, in order to make sure no animal material is used for the formulation (bee wax, keratin…) and that the brand does not test products on animals, strictly forbidden by European regulations since 2013. Good luck ! Option 2: at Véganie, the boutique of 100% vegan cosmetics near Beaubourg. And there you can shop eyes closed.

Real fans don’t hesitate to cross all of Paris to get their hands on John Masters shampoos, Bluette soap by Pachamamaï (€9.50) for problem skins, Schmidt’s bergamot and lime green deodorant (€12) as well as Glow up miracle face cream by Oolution (€33). And no, vegan is not necessarily expensive.

Proof with Avril, a young organic French brand that offers a rice powder scrub (€7), a BB cream (€7) and a cleansing lotus flower mousse (€7), all vegan and at soft prices.

In terms of make-up, SpaRitual nail polishes have nothing to envy from OPI (€13), powder foundations by Lily Lolo are the vegan equivalents of bareMinerals and Nabla Cosmetics is one of the rare labels to produce lipstick without carmin, a colouring made with insects (€12.90).

Tops: the entire boutique is only a click away via the eshop.

Open Monday to Saturday from noon to 7pm.
