Less well-known than sushis, makis and sashimis, râmen are a a big favorite of Japanese. So French foodistas better get out their chopsticks because this delicious noodle soup will be in the spotlight all week (from 20 to 25 January) at Macéo, a wonderful restaurant nestled behind Palais Royal.
An occasion to « slurp» recipes imagined by six Japanese chefs. Every day, one of them offers his version of this popular dish with a choice of soya or miso soup, fish or meat bouillon with lots of tempting sides (pork, coddled egg, mushroom…).
We like: sushi and yakitori prepared traditionally by real Japanese masters (every day starting at 4pm).
Tops: the râmen party will also be taking place at the Little B, the annex of Dominique Bouchet’s star studded table.
