On the menu, savory gourmet sandwiches with sweet/sour notes such as the Dory Dorade (buns, sea bass, coleslaw, lemony mayo), the Mimosa (sandwich bread, eggs mimosa, onion, cucumber) or the Greek (traditional baguette, marinate chicken, tapenade, feta, dried tomatoes).
