La Mouette Rieuse, the coolest concept-store bookshop in Paris, located in the middle of the Marais, hides a gourmet nugget at the back of its store. To sit down, nothing could be more simple: once you are in the shop, go towards the back … There you will discover the cutest summer terrace, right on a Marais rose-garden. It’s got a holiday feeling!
On the programme: wonderful fresh eats from the daily market, signed Labo M, at friendly prices; melon-watermelon-basil soup, sauté of veal, rosemary and honey, caponata eggplant, salad of boulgour like a taboulé, raisins and cranberries, red fruit tiramisu…
The must: taking advantage of the book shop to do some shopping.
