Recette Tagliatelles Aux Legumes

For those who are fed up with carbo pasta , we have found the recipe to follow! Mint , cherry tomatoes , blueberries … You won't find fresher.

For 4 people

PREPARATION:

Start by reserving a few mint and basil leaves for decoration. Chop and chop the rest.

In a bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing the olive oil , apple cider vinegar , lime zest and juice .

Wash the cherry tomatoes , cucumber and blueberries . Pass the cucumber through a spiralizer or cut it into very thin strips using a knife. Cut the cherry tomatoes and blueberries in half.

Place all the ingredients and the sauce in a bowl, then mix gently. Add a few mint and basil leaves to garnish.
