In the Trinité / Saint-Georges neighborhood, food lovers can't stop talking about this restaurant. Since 2019, Mieux has made its mark with comforting recipes, focusing on carefully selected ingredients from producers who respect both the land and their animals. And now, they’re back with a second location! Nestled in a corner of the 8th district, between Parc Monceau and Batignolles, Super Huit captures the zeitgeist and pampers appetites.
A Guy’s Business
At Super Huit, it’s all about the men! Led by the talented chef Giulian Maiuri and his executive chef Robert Sloan, they’re joined by Giulian's partners Thomas, Jean-Baptiste, and Arthur, who alternate working the floor. The 70’s inspired décor—with orange floors, Piretti design chairs, and olive-green benches—offers different spaces to meet the needs of the day’s crowd: large tables for lunch with colleagues, cozy corners for evening dates, and the best spot of all, high chairs in front of the open kitchen to watch the chefs work their magic.
Time to Eat!
From the open kitchen, the team of talented chefs is busy delivering perfectly crafted dishes, both simple and well-thought-out. Highlights from the menu, which changes based on availability and seasonality, include mussels with tomato sauce, n’duja, parsley, and tarragon (€13), stracciatella with grilled zucchini, basil, pistachio, and mustard seeds (€13), mezze maniche alla carbonara (€27), exquisite duck breast with polenta grand roux, corn, cherry tomatoes, black garlic, and poultry jus (€33), and a beautiful Breton monkfish with baby potatoes, confit peppers, guindillas, smoked paprika, and aioli (€31).
Dessert keeps the momentum going with a stunning almond cream and mirabelle tartlet with mascarpone and shiso (€12), or for chocolate lovers, a cake with chocolate cream, coffee, mascarpone, and cocoa nibs (€13).
Wine Selection
Don’t miss the cool and carefully curated wine selection, featuring over 200 references handpicked by the restaurant’s sommelier. It’s no surprise: the Mieux team also opened a wine shop next to their first location, where guests love to receive expert wine recommendations. The same applies here—enjoy a glass of Sébastien Brunet's Vouvray (€9). You’re in for a treat!
Open Monday evenings, and Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner.
