Suelo, the new insanely glamorous Spanish table

The mediteranean restaurant

In the Golden Triangle, a new seductive table is already attracting beautiful people and other V.I.Ps. Code name? Suelo, a sophisticated destination with Spanish inspiration that embraces a hyper-polished decor and serves up deluxe-style Iberian specialties.

Sumptuous decor for glam clientele

To envision Suelo’s lavish cocoon, star architect Lázaro Rosa Violan (Pulitzer Paris, Vesper...) drew inspiration from the warm colors of his Spain to dress this large space full of perspectives. A mural reflecting the lines of Gaudi's Park Güell in Barcelona, rounded benches and sofas, majestic chandeliers, and a bar perfect for flirting play with textures and invite long dinners. Besides, the kitchens close at 11 PM: another good news for night owls.

It’s no surprise then that celebrities and golden families have already made it their headquarters… The night we visited: a PSG footballer here, an international influencer there, lovely couples, and tables full of beautiful people. No wonder, as behind Suelo is none other than Vincent Biessy (aka DJ Magnum) as co-founder, a nightlife hero boasting renowned artistic collabs (Snoop Dogg, Rihanna, and Jay-Z to name a few). Let’s just say his address book would make Anna Wintour jealous...

Suelo menu

In the kitchen, there’s a one-way trip to the Iberian Peninsula with local specialties jazzed up in 2024 style: Jamon Cinco Jotas Bellota and pan con tomate to share (€39) and naturally wash down with Sangria Tinta (€19), sea bream carpaccio, chili sauce (€49), shrimp tartare, caviar (€29), fancy Bikini Wagyu sandwiches, caviar (€39), grilled octopus with cute patatas bravas (€39), orzo seafood casserole (€29), or even lamb chops, potatoes (€43). Yum for dessert: churros to dip in salted butter caramel sauce, paired with ice cream to keep it fresh (€10).

Nota bene: a secret bar in the basement will open on November 8. In a red and black decor, DJs will make all these beautiful people dance from Thursday to Saturday, a perfect way to extend the evening after dinner with thrilling cocktails. Yum: the love potion Sortilegio (Takamaka White Rum, horchata, coconut, cinnamon, €19).

Open every day from 12 PM to 3 PM and from 7 PM to 2 AM.
