Good news for Parisians who are fans of Club 55 and place des Lices! You no longer have to wait for the holidays to enjoy the divine pleasure of a tropézienne tart by Micka. Here is a holiday preview tasting as we like them!
Because the tropézienne tart is quite the equivalent of a Pierre Hermé macaroon for upscale Parisian girls … A MUST have at any time.
This famous pastry is covered with sugar and filled with a divine cream. The recipe is as magical as it is secret.
The mythical shop of the French Riviera has finally set up in Paris, next to the Marché Saint-Germain with a super glam tea salon that will probably keep you away from the local little cafés for a while.
The must ? The tropézienne tart in every size. The « baby », like a small macaron in order no to freak out over your diet, the single piece, so you can have a real treat by yourself, and the family one, the traditional format, to share with your friends.
For the record, this tarte was specially created for Brigitte Bardot by pastry chef Micka, during the filming in Saint Tropez of « Et Dieu créa la femme » (And then God created women) by Roger Vadim.
Open every day from 10.30am to 7:30pm.
