I love organizing cocktail dinners at home.
Rather than take over as a mixologist with a shaker and all the equipment that always has a disappointing result (not everybody can be a barmaid!) better to go for a Cointreau Fizz, it’s really a delicious and pretty cocktail that hits the bull’s eye each time.
Put crushed ice in a glass.
Add a dose of Cointreau + 1/2 squeezed green lemon.
Customize according to your whim with a dose of cucumber juice, fresh orange or crushed fruit.
Add Perrier.
