Nontheless gluten-free pastry is still not accepted by all. Not very tasty, too dry, too heavy, not gourmet… Laure and Sébastien have decided to do something about it. Together they have replaced wheat flour by rice and corn flour from the Chambelland mills.
In terms of decor, it’s a little like being in the bucolic cottage of Sleeping Beauty (beams, wooden furniture, old tableware).
The plus ? Wraps and salty tarts served at lunch.
