The spotlight is on the new Winter HQ. No need to present Sarah Lavoine, the star designer who pimps with her cult royal blue the most beautiful Parisians flats and restaurants. This Winter, the decorator has designed Chatka, a very instagrammable Slavic cabin, hidden in the Roch Hotel & Spa.
It happens to be that Sarah Poniatowski (her maiden name) already worked on the visual identity of the entire hotel. So, it’s not surprising that the pretty princess, born into high Polish nobility, was inspired by her origins to create a cosy space in her fetish hotel.
A chic cabin to privatize for happy hour
Ideal for gangs of friends even friendly team building, Chatka (cabin in Polish) looks like the wooden house of a stylish father Christmas, totally into decoration and set in a forest of pine trees. Inside one finds poufs, armchairs and the cult luminaries of Sarah Lavoine, her great looking tableware, pretty Russian dolls as well as a fireplace to warm up hearts around a large table.
The good idea? Privatizing the place for 6 to 10 persons, from 5:30pm to 7:30pm for happy hour, cocktail in hand and nibbles to share: truffle nuggets, homemade tarama, smoked salmon-blinis, marinated mackerels, smoked bacon (€35 / person).
The alternative? A big dinner !
To be noted also: the possibility of having dinner starting at 8pm with a menu of Slavic inspiration: bortsch, beet broth, Pierogis raviolis, smoked cheese, poached chicken - cromesquis of hay-smoked potato, Hugo & Victor chestnut pavlova (€95 / person).
We prefer warning you, young chef Rémy Bérerd (ex L’Atelier Joël Robuchon London and La Tour d’Argent) has gone all out in terms of savours and quantities. A real feast!
We adore: bringing our own vinyls to put everyone in the ambiance while clinking glasses, filled with Old Svétiovid (vodka, cinnamon, infusion of apples, pears, dried prunes and apricots). Na zdrowie !
Until the 22nd of February 2019. Privatisation of the restaurant and the terrace upon request: events@leroch-hotel.com - 01 70 83 00 00.
