Stay open continuously, ready to delight summer visitors non-stop from noon till night. Here are our favorite spots that have thought of everything and are already in the starting blocks to live their own marathon of feasting.

 

Lucas Carton

Luca Carton restaurant in Paris

The good address: Inaugurated in 1860 (then called La Taverne de France), Lucas Carton was among the most popular during the Second Empire and one of the first gastronomic restaurants in the capital. In this impressive classified Art Nouveau decor and on its brand-new terrace with a view of the Madeleine Church, Chef Hugo Bourny delivers inspired recipes.

Continuously on the menu: The summer theme? Celebrating the French Art of Living with a menu of starter/main or main/dessert for €45, including pâté en croûte, mimosa-style vinaigrette leeks, sole meunière, or a club sandwich. An ultimate option between 3 PM and 6 PM: a real afternoon tea (€25) including a dessert, a non-alcoholic drink, and a travel cake.

The good address: Located on Avenue de l’Opéra, just steps from the Louvre, this new brasserie embraces a large space and sets up two XL terraces to enjoy the sun. Whether you’re very hungry, a little peckish, or looking for an impromptu aperitif, everyone will find happiness on the menu of this fresh address that excels in hospitality and service.

Continuously on the menu: Well-executed brasserie classics offering comforting dishes. Charcuterie board (€17), vinaigrette avocado (€9), truffle tarama (€11), truffled ham croque-monsieur (€18), chicken paillard (€21), fish & chips (€22), Comté omelette (€16), sugar crêpe (€8), giant éclair (€9).

Gast

Restaurant GAST in Paris

The good address: This multifaceted spot, beautifully decorated and nestled in the Halles district, offers a diverse menu combining artisanal bakery, brunch during the day, and bistronomy in the evening. Skilled in blending styles and delightfully gourmet from the morning with fantastic pastries, Gast is as lively on paper as it is in taste!

Continuously on the menu: Croissant (€2), homemade granola with Greek yogurt (€10), Turkish Eggs, herb yogurt, poached egg, spiced butter, garlic oil, and focaccia (€14), croque-monsieur with Cantal cream and cheddar (€12), avocado toast (€15.50), kebab-style lamb (€19), duck heart skewers with binchotan, citrus soy sauce (€11). Kudos for the excellent coffee roasted by Café Nuances (cappuccino €4.50).

Daroco

Italian restaurant Daroco in Paris

The good address: Located in the historic Jean-Paul Gaultier boutique on Rue Vivienne, this XXL trattoria was created by Julien Ross and Alexandre Giesbert. A distinctive feature: the place was designed by tattoo artist SupaKitch. The result is stunning! On the menu, all the Italian comfort food one could dream of, perfect for indulging before heading to Danico, the house cocktail bar led by Nicolas De Soto, a master of New York-style concoctions.

Continuously on the menu: The menu, although limited, will still feature the house's signature dishes, such as the Pizza Parma Show (San Marzano D.O.P, Mozzarella di Bufala, Prosciutto di Parma aged 24 months, basil, €25), burrata to share (€28), and the divine summer white truffle linguine (€39). Additionally, note that Danico, the ultra-sophisticated cocktail bar, will remain open all night during the opening and closing ceremonies of the games.

Pomelo

Italian restaurant Pomelo in Paris

The good address: Decorated like a small village square in the South, this sunny bistro with vibrant tones brings its Italo-Mediterranean touch to the edge of the Grands Boulevards. Ideal for all-day lounging: two ultra-cool rooms, one upstairs for large tables, and a charming terrace to enjoy from morning onwards.

Continuously on the menu: Italian cuisine with some Mediterranean touches, offering linguine al limone e gamberi (€22), piadina burrata (€15.50), octopus salad (€19), and a variety of tapas to share (hummus €8, guacamole €9, mozzarella fritters €9, fritto misto €18), paired with a house cocktail (Pornstar Martini €12).

L’Alsace

L'Alsace restaurant in Paris

The good address: Located on the Champs-Élysées near the Olympic site of the Grand Palais, this legendary brasserie from the Bertrand group (La Lorraine, Bofinger...) has regained the glam of its best years. A nice achievement by designer Laura Gonzalez, who refreshes the night owls' haunt without betraying its identity.

Continuously on the menu: Of course, choucroute (€24.50), chic seafood platters (from €29.50), fish soup (€11.50), flammekueche with salad (€17.50), and a Grand Marnier ice cream soufflé for dessert (€12.50). For those on a budget: the daily menu at €26.90, always satisfying.

Maslow

Maslow restaurant in Paris

The good address: With three connected rooms and a lovely terrace, Maslow sets a vibrant scene where orange and vintage dominate. Organic, local, sustainable, this relaxed spot checks all the right boxes with 100% vegetarian cuisine crafted by chef Mehdi Favri (formerly of Chardenoux des Prés).

Continuously on the menu: Small, meatless, and fishless but lively and surprising dishes! Breaded portobello mushroom with shibuya sauce (€9), Korean fried cauliflower with sweet and spicy sauce (€10), tamari and ginger marinated hard-boiled egg with green mayo (€8), romesco gnocchi with sheep's cheese (€12), strawberry rhubarb pavlova (€8).

Pink Mamma

Pink Mama restaurant in Paris

The good address: It's Italy in Pigalle with this trattoria by Big Mamma, spread over four floors of a building. Intensely greened, this retro spot draped in tapestries and marble surprises with different decor on each floor, and at the top, a breathtaking room under a glass roof!

Continuously on the menu: All the staples of Italian cuisine, with pasta leading the way, superb spaghetti agli scampi (€27), pizza, naturally, Bufalina (€18.50), and a Tuscan specialty not to miss, grilled beef rib (€46 per person). For dessert, the Drew Berry-More sundae with yogurt ice cream, whipped cream, fresh red fruits, and oat crumble (€9.50).

Bouillon Pigalle

The good address: Bouillon Pigalle marked the ultra-trendy return of the bouillon in 2017, continuing its policy of ultra-low prices and classic French dishes, as well as products sourced with great care. Special mention for the huge terrace with 100 seats and a view of Pigalle. A dream come true.

Continuously on the menu: Organic egg mayo (€2.50), leeks vinaigrette (€3.40), snails with parsley butter (€7.20), duck terrine with green pepper (€5.40), sausage and mash (€9.60), steak and fries with pepper sauce (€12.60), cream puff (€2.90), profiterole (€4.80), rice pudding (€2.80). The novelty? At number 18 on the boulevard, a brand-new Bouillon Service offers take-out dishes every day continuously from 8:30 AM to 11 PM... and even until 3 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (via click & collect and Deliveroo).
