This American holiday celebrated with family every fourth Thursday in November around a turkey is almost familiar to us thanks to its frequent appearances in our favorite series. Thanksgiving is making its way to Paris on November 28th, offering a feast in these restaurants of the capital. Let the indulgence begin!

 

Le Coq & Fils

A lover of both poultry and the United States, where he ran a restaurant in New York for 5 years, three-starred chef Antoine Westermann shares a strong connection to this holiday. At his Ecotable-certified restaurant perched on Montmartre, Thanksgiving is enjoyed with haute gastronomy featuring an exceptional Rouge des Ardennes turkey.

On the table: Begin with a poultry terrine paired with its cranberry chutney (€12). Then move on to the star of the menu: the Rouge des Ardennes turkey with parsley, served in its own poultry and violet garlic confit jus, accompanied by a delightful fricassee of pumpkin and Brussels sprouts with the chef's 12 spices (€49). As a side, enjoy a sauté of seasonal mushrooms with parsley and shallots (€14). Chocho

At Chocho, Thomas Chisholm blends refined French gastronomy using locally sourced products with the ultra-comfort food style of the US, creating a convivial atmosphere with shareable plates to try everything. For Thanksgiving, the Franco-American chef reimagines classic dishes inspired by his childhood in New York with a unique 7-course menu!

On the table: The feast begins with a crab and corn tartlet and Brussels sprouts with bacon. The roasted turkey with smoked bacon and cranberries is served alongside a mac & cheese enhanced with black truffles and squash gnocchi with sage cream. To finish, two desserts: a nostalgic lemon donut with tangy cream and a delightful New York-style cheesecake with preserved summer fruits.

Rivages at Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra

You might already follow the handsome chef Martin Simolka on Instagram. Originally from Germany, he honed his craft at some of the finest palaces and Michelin-starred establishments (Pavillon Ledoyen, Shangri-La, Peninsula, George V) before landing at Rivages, the restaurant of the chic Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opéra hotel. This year, Rivages invites Parisians, expats, and US lovers to a unique Thanksgiving dinner. To complete the evening, a live band will perform the best of the American repertoire, creating a warm and unique atmosphere in the heart of Paris. Dimmed lights and musical vibes guaranteed!

On the table: The special Thanksgiving menu begins with a pumpkin velouté, an autumn vegetable salad with saffron vinaigrette, or corn madeleines. Next comes the essential stuffed turkey with cranberry sauce, accompanied by mashed sweet potatoes and green beans. For dessert: traditional pumpkin and pecan pies.

Restaurant des Grands Voyageurs

For Thanksgiving, the Restaurant des Grands Voyageurs presents an exclusive menu with a twist on the famous American celebration, blending tradition with French gastronomy. Chef Benoît Ayissi reinvents the classics with his personal touch, offering an immersive US-inspired experience in the heart of Paris. The hotel’s elegant and cosmopolitan decor reflects this cultural fusion.

On the table: A 3-course menu to dive into the American spirit without leaving the city. Start with a velvety pumpkin soup paired with porcini condiment and ultra-crispy country bread. For the main course, enjoy pressed yellow poultry from Maison Arnaud Tauzin, stuffed with chestnuts and served with parsnip cream, grilled corn, and the essential cranberries. Dessert bridges French and American influences with a pecan pie enhanced by a creamy Fontainebleau topping.

A historic Parisian landmark, Fouquet’s offers a true gastronomic journey for this American holiday.

On the table: The menu starts with a butternut squash velouté, chestnuts, and crispy corn, evoking the cozy flavors of the season. The much-anticipated stuffed turkey (a must-have!) is served with cranberry jus, accompanied by indulgent mashed potatoes. The meal concludes with a generous pecan pie, crafted in true American style.

Le Drugstore

Le Drugstore is pulling out all the stops to celebrate Thanksgiving, THE gourmet event for Americans in Paris. On Thursday, November 28, the iconic venue on the most beautiful avenue in the world is offering a menu crafted by the triple Michelin-starred and MOF chef Eric Frechon.

On the menu: the festivities begin with crispy tandoori-spiced corn tempuras, followed by kabocha squash gnocchi, gorgonzola foam, pickled chanterelles, and hazelnuts. The star of the meal? Roast free-range turkey with chestnuts, accompanied by spiced sweet potato mousseline. And for the grand finale, the iconic Drugstore-style spiced pumpkin pie!
