The Scandinavian restaurant that makes us love Winter

Salmon slice

Sub zero temperatures, lack of sun…you thought cold countries were not made for you? Well, you will soon change your minds. Even better, we are betting that Norway will become your new trendy Eldorado.

Check it out. A 100% ephemeral Norwegian restaurant is landing at Batignolles from the 19th to the 26th of November. Its winning asset? Amazing comfort food concocted by star chef Beatriz Gonzalez (Neva, Coretta) with top notch local products : cod, trout cooked with olive oil, Norwegian brioche... Also great fun, the workshops with MOF Arnaud Vanhamme to learn how to smoke your own salmon at home, discover the secret recipe of real fish terrines or the famous gravlaks salmon. The ultimate of cool—made in Scandinavia.

And to really live this experience, Northern lights will be projected in a wildly chill and cocooning space. Conclusion? (RE) LAKS, take it easy!

(RE) LAKS: 19th to the 26th of  November 2016 from 12:30pm to 2pm and from 19:30pm to 10pm, Sunday the 20th of November from 12:30pm to 2pm, 151 bis, rue Cardinet 75017 Paris. Lunch 24,50€, dinner 41€.
