Preparation :
Squeeze the four green lemons in a glass.
Add the four basil leaves and four cucumber slices.
Allow to sit for a few hours in a fresh place in order for the juice to absorb the savours.
Filter the green lemon juice, remove the basil leaves and the cucumber slices then pour the content in four stem glasses to a three-quarter level.
Now add the Prosecco Signore Giuseppe and garnish with cucumber slices, green lemon and basil leaves.
