An organic spread in 10 minutes flat

Pate A Tartiner

The spread is one of the small regressive (and slightly guilt making) pleasures that one can indulge in from time to time, even if you think you are too old for that. Yes, but you need to choose good ingredients, organic and healthy, notably without palm oil nor white sugar. Even better : you can make it yourself, easily and quickly. Demonstration with this spread recipe using oil and coconut sugar, easy to make with great products from AMANPRANA.

For 1 pot

Time of preparation: 10 min

Waiting time: 40 min

Cooking time: 50 min

Boil  water in a pot.

Place a bowl in a double boiler in this pot, reduce the flame, and allow the  chocolate chips to melt.

Place the coconut oil in a salad bowl and whip until you obtain a light and soft texture.

Then add the melted chocolate, then the Gula Java with cocoa and stir well.

Crush the pistachios into small pieces and add a tablespoon of these pistachios to the previously obtained chocolate mix.

Place this preparation in the refrigerator and allow to cool down for 30 to 40 minutes.

Then add the rest of the pistachios to the chocolate mixture and mix until you obtain a spread.

Keep this spread in the refrigerator.

Before serving, take out the dough from the refrigerator for ten minutes in order for it to spread well.
