Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 to 12 minutes
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Cook the filets of sardines on an oiled plaque in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the size of the sardines.
Crush the filets with a fork, then mix with the fresh cheese, the chiseled herbs, the glazed lemon and the lemon juice until you obtain a homogenous texture.
Season the lot with a pinch of salt and pepper.
