We no longer present the benefits of matcha tea (draining, anti-oxidant, anti-aging ...). Here it is in an even more digestible version, twisted with sheep's milk. To be consumed without moderation, therefore!

For 6 persons

Preparation:

Gently heat half the Lactel® sheep's milk with the coconut cream, the matcha tea and the vanilla without going to the boil.

Stop the heat and let it infuse.

Heat the other half of the Lactel® sheep's milk with a tablespoon of brown sugar .

Then pour this preparation halfway up into the glasses, before pouring the matcha tea mixture previously warmed, in order to obtain a nice gradient .
