PINK EGGS TOAST: the latest chic

Attention: toast with high Instagrammable potential! How to make pink eggs , pop to perfection? We tell you everything.

PREPARATION:

  • Boil the water and vinegar with the sugar and salt . When boiling, add the grated beets and let soak for 35 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, boil the eggs until hard (about 7 minutes). Rinse the eggs in cold water and peel them.

  • Remove the beets from the cooled liquid. Add the eggs to the liquid and leave them in the fridge for 1 night.

  • Once the eggs are ready, spread the butter on the toast and arrange the egg halves, garnishing them with salt, pepper and a few radish sprouts .
