Healthy milkshake or smoothie? Both, my general! Eating more than one fruit a day is easy with this delicious frozen red fruit drink, very low in lactose and calories, which also hides a sweet note with a hint of honey.
For 6 persons
Preparation:
Place the hulled and washed red fruits in a blender with the Lactel® sheep's milk , honey , mint and ice cubes ,
Mix for a few minutes. Then pass the smoothie through a Chinese cheesecloth (or in a fine strainer) to remove the impurities.
Serve immediately.
