Preparation:
Finely chop the nuts or almonds and set aside.
Put the banana and wild blueberries in a blender or food processor and puree. Add the cottage cheese , milk and maple syrup , and puree.
Pour into a bowl and garnish with the nuts . If you want, you can add a handful of other fruits.
