Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
For 4 people
PREPARATION:
Cut the broccoli florets into pieces, slice the onion and cut the rest of the vegetables and the mushrooms into small cubes.
In a wok or large nonstick skillet, brown all the vegetables together.
Once the water from the mushrooms has evaporated and the vegetables begin to brown, add the soy sauce and continue cooking until the vegetables are cooked while remaining slightly crunchy.
Add the rice to the pan, mix and season with Kelpamare® . Salt and pepper to your liking.
For the yakitori- style tofu , cut the tofu into small cubes and brown in a non-stick skillet over medium / high heat, without adding any fat. Once the cubes are
well browned, lower the heat, add the yakitori sauce and mix. When the mixture becomes too sticky, deglaze with the lemon juice and let caramelize for a few moments.
For the presentation, serve the rice in a bowl, add the tofu , sprinkle with sesame seeds and finish with a little chopped cilantro .
