Peckish ? Go for a toast. But seasonal, and gluten-free. A real alternative to a sandwich, this rice cake is spiced with a little goat cheese, raw ham and some seasonal figs to top it off. A delight ready in two minutes flat!
PREPARATION:
Spread a layer of fresh goat cheese on the galette .
Place 1 slice of raw ham .
Cut the figs into 4 quarters and place them on each pancake.
Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar .
