A hot chocolate made from goat 's milk with a lactose content infinitely lighter than that of cow's , and easy to digest .

For 6 persons

Preparation:


Bring the milk to boil with sheep Lactel® cocoa and allspice.

Mix with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous preparation.

Add the cream and the agave syrup .

Serve immediately in tall glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of allspice or cocoa.
