Yum: a cod ceviche!

Ceviche Cabillaud

The cod ceviche recipe is very simple and healthy that is unanimously to keep the line.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

For 4 people.

PREPARATION:

Remove the bones from the cod then cut it into pieces about 1.5 cm square. The pieces should not be too small to have lamb's lettuce when tasting, but if they are too large, they will not "cook" in the vinegar .

Put the pieces of fish to marinate in the apple cider vinegar and the juice of the lemons . Add the grated ginger as well as the chopped pepper (taking care to remove the seeds). Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cut the tomato into small cubes, finely slice the red onion and cut the raspberries in 2. Finely chop the cilantro . Mix the whole with the fish (drained). Season with salt and pepper .

Arrange on plates, add a little marinade and garnish with a little coriander .
