Nothing new? What you don’t know, is that the mythical Ralph’s has just pimped its food and cocktails menu, going from a true institution to a really trendy venue, favoured by stylish 30-year-olds.
The proof is with torrid plates to share during an American style cocktail hour with a jazzy background: avocado toasts, crab croquettes, mini lobster rolls, potato pancakes, smoked salmon.
At dinner time, go for the Main lobster salad with a lemon butter, generous portions (€38), Maryland crab cakes with a yellow pepper sauce (€26), without obviously forgetting the ubiquitous burger with meat directly imported from Ralph’s ranch out West (€31).
To be noted: freshly concocted cocktails, including Ralph’s Peach Tea (Bombay Sapphire, Chartreuse, vine peach, black tea, €20), or Rosé Royale to share (rosé, champagne, Cointreau, grapefruit juice, €20).
