Aim for the Marais! It’s smack at the Carreau du Temple that the Paris New York, heralded as THE Parisian hamburger haven, has set up its kid brother.
On the menu: Rudy and his gang are still serving the best when it comes to the national Yankee dish. So all hipsters need to do is show up for a place in the sun to enjoy a yummy meal.
On the program: a wide array of burgers prepared on the spot with top notch meats and veggies. Delicious: their crispy chicken and secret PNY sauce, the “return of the cowboy” with a bacon BBQ sauce (11,6€) is served with great fries and a small Waldorf sauce (3,4€).
The must? Try their new “it”: Indochine mon Amour (11,6€) an Asian twist between a burger and the Bahn Mi, a delicious Vietnamese sandwich. To be tested urgently and washed down with a cocktail pitcher to share with the gang. The Casanova (Gin,house orange Schrub, squeezed lemon and San Pellegrino, 20€/liter). Yummy!
