Behind the counter? Clémentine (model from the Canal gang and di) who imagined this hybrid coffee shop totally in keeping with the times. She is the one who composes seasonal flower bouquets (starting at 18€) all straight from the market of Rungis.
In the kitchen: a 2.0 tattooed chef knows how to whet the appetites of twigs influenced by L.A. specials with his avocado toast, veggie rolls, small salads, banana bread—ideal also, to stay or to go.
