It all starts with great pomp around a small coffee-croissant in the sumptuous decor of the mythical table of the Champs-Elysées . We put on our apron and start cooking. From the art of the bain-marie to the best tips from clerks and chefs, you will learn everything you need to recreate the seasonal menu at home.
