We have good news for foodies! An absolutely addictive happening under the aegis of Pierre Hermé is opening its doors during one week at Etienne Marcel. The star of this pop-up store is the Gavottes lace crepe, the small French furiously crunchy biscuit that is creating a sensation on the sweet planet, starting by Pierre Hermé himself.
So, we are warning you, things are going to really move! Starting with free, absolutely amazing pastry courses, overseen by the teams of Pierre Hermé and food bloggers.
But there is more. Coming out of the office, you can also participate in mixology workshops, crunchier than ever, for free… In short, a really stylish afterwork.
How to sign up? It’s now or never. Free booking on: www.weezevent.com/academie-croustillante-gavottes
Another great alternative: living a gourmet experience at the heart of the ephemeral coffee-shop of the Académie Croustillante. Pierre Hermé has set up a deluxe corner there with his cult pastries: 2000 feuilles, Carrément Chocolat, Plaisir Sucré and of course, cult macaroons. YUM! And let’s not forget an exclusive dessert that will be revealed on D-day.
We adore: the grocery store where it’s possible to pick up the entire range of Gavottes: the traditional crêpe, the chocolate milk one, the Merveilleuses, or a yummy cocktail version, stuffed with pesto or Boursin garlic and fine herbs.
Open from Tuesday the 19th of September to Sunday the 24th of September from 11am to 9pm (6:30pm on Sunday).
