The flashy neon sign is worthy of those on Broadway : welcome to Paris New York, the ultimate NY burger in Paris. With its super trendy décor, and a burger menu that would make New Yorkers green with jealousy, PNY is quickly becoming the new Parisian hangout filled with hipsters and pretty twigs.
If we love the place so much, it is surely because what prevails here is the use of high quality procducts and those only: the meat comes from Le Ponclet, the supplier of many great chefs, and the buns are prepared with love by Rachel's cakes, a very fine bakery.
We love: the Vintage Cheeseburger (11€) with its 18 month-old cheddar cheese, the Smoky Blue burger (12€), a blue cheese burger to die for, and the Crispy burger (11€) with crispy chicken. Vegans will also be happy with the Atomic burger (10€) made out of cheese and mushrooms.
Special kudos for the cheddar and smoked bacon fries, a real blast !
