This is the story of a new, great, great restaurant that begins in a small street near Etoile! Not at all the kind of fussy and expensive place we hate… According to this high-heeled foodista, it’s been a long time since we were smitten like this!
We owe this marvelous and adorable find to the brilliant Japanese chef Ryuji Teshima (ex Passage 53, Taillevent, Terroir d’Avenir) who quite simply has grace at the end of his fingertips. You get direct proof, since he concocts his very personal cuisine alongside his joyful Japanese troops in front of his ovens in the middle of the all-white and stone dining room, under the amazed gaze of his clients.
On the agenda of the gastronomic show (65€): A cuisine that varies according to the day, the moods, the market but always prepared with top-notch meats supplied by her friend, the talented Benoist.
We also like: the lighter version at 40€ if you are in a hurry, less hungry or need to penny-pinch. A real treat with ten delicious small gourmet plates. Amazing starters with a royal beet, mashed beets or potatoes, parmesan and fried onions… then come the dishes: great veal, an orgasmic risotto of quinoa with clams, squid. Not to mention the crispy canard duck or amazing tasty beef suggestions.
Land in style with a simply hallucinating Saint Honoré preceded by a brilliant vegetal granite ice.
Are you convinced or should we add more?
