Imagine a top event that would gather Jean-François Piège + the Rolls of food-trucks + overbooked chef driven tables of the moment... No, this is not a gourmet bobo fantasy, but the high mass for foodies.
Pegged to fashion week Omnivore is THE must-go rendezvous for those who appreciate good cuisine.
So save the date, from the 8 th to the 10 th of March at Maison de la Mutualité and come blow 10 candles...For the occasion, a wide array of chefs will be partaking in the venue with stars such as the great Piège, but also Thierry Marx and Grégory Marchand (Frenchie), pastry chefs, mixologists, craftsmen and breeders (cheese, oysters, cattle…).
On the program: savory happenings punctuated by a wide array of tastings: salty, sweet, craftsmen, cocktails.
We adore: a podium reserved for deluxe street-food such as burgers by Cantine California, pan bagnat by Yoni Saada, etc.
The must? Four-handed dinners are organized on the side all over Paris (at Heimat, Caillebotte, AT Restaurant…) and a wild foodie evening attended by several chefs including Juan Arbelaez, Christophe Adam and Cyril Lignac is planned on March 9 th at Pavillon de l’Arsenal, so be sure to reserve!
Omnivore, March 8th to 10 th 2015, from 9:30am to 6pm. Day pass 39€, 3 day pass 99€
