Our favorite? The bêtises de Cambrai, the négus de Nevers (divine caramel and chocolate treats), the calissons d’Aix, salty butter caramels from Quiberon, raspberry jelly fruit candy, glazed fruit from Apt, poppies.
Our favorite? The coussins de Lyon, super couture, a candied almond paste, pale green with dark green trip, filled with chocolate ganache perfumed with curaçao. Addictive!
