Noglu, the gluten-free healthy paradise

Noglu

Who said eating healthy meant starving? Noglu, a divine little cantina with a very Meatpacking influence, revises this awful logic with wildly sexy dishes. In short, we would gladly imagine Gwyneth Paltrow and her New York girlfriends eating here!

The concept ? A 100% gluten-free tea room , ideal for those with allergies but also for little girls on a diet after the holidays. Decor of all splendor.

On the plates, what does it look like? An incredible Saint-Nectaire apple-turkey ham club sandwich in a delicious bread, lightly brioche made with chickpea flour and buckwheat (€15). Incredible also the gluten-free burger (17€).

For dessert: impossible to resist the chocolate-hazelnut brownie. (7€).

Top: Saturday brunch at €25 with juice, hot drink, homemade cheese or granola, gluten-free bread and jam, organic egg platter with salmon or bacon.

We adore: the superb products to take away, pastries, savory biscuits from the Provence biscuit factory for an aperitif (€6.50), pastry chocolate created by the Mother of the Family for Noglu, Rizopia pasta made from rice flour ( €5) or the soft almond cake ready to eat canned.

Please note: it's closed on Sundays (and that's a shame).
