Rendez vous in Saint Germain at the rue du Bac crossroads in the brand new chic pizzeria open by the gang of Julien Cohen (Grazie, that’s him, La Pizza Chic, him again). A small bobo cantina that has the charm of small Roman streets at lunch time.
À la carte. Everything that revolves around an open wood- burning oven. In other words: yummy crispy pizzas. An ideal Margherita (13€). More sophisticated tasty variations such as the Sorrentina (17€) or the one with Gorgonzola (18€). For no gluten buffs: the eggplant gratin (14€) is a must !
Who do you run into? The mundane brigade of the owner that shows up as a group. Good looking guys from upscale neighborhoods looking for a little fun and sophisticated bohemia.
