Manufacture 111, le garage de la street-culture

Manufacture 111 street-culture interior

Absolutely unique in its kind, this new place concentrates all the coolitude of our era. Here you find a gallery dedicated to street-art, a coffee-shop that is also a co-working space, a concept-store of young designers and projection room.

The common denominator? Urban art and more to the point, street-culture. Result, punchy programming that has wired this former garage reconverted into a 1500 m2 loft.

Exhibitions change every trimester, with total free rein given to young contemporary artists wishing to create their works in situ. Music groups and DJs regularly drop by to bounce the booty. On Thursday nights, fans come to chat and/or flirter at happy hour with tapas and focaccias (15€ for the buffet). Brunch on Sunday, of course, sprinkled with world food (houmous, boulgour, viennoiseries… 25€) !

A video-club is in the works with a wide array of documentaires, series and independent films.

We adore: the shop with urban labels such as Misericordia, Vague & Lame, Metropolitan…

Currently on show, terrific experimental installations by Berliner Clemens Behr (until the 11th of October, 5€). Before the new hanging, a mix between graffiti and calligraphy (from the 17th of October 2015 to the 17th of January 2016).

Open Thursday to Sunday from 1pm to 10pm.

Open Tuesday to Saturday 1pm-7pm. Late opening Thursday 10pm. Sunday 12pm-7pm
