Pastry chef Benoit Castel, modern hero of breads and cream tarts, makes all of Paris rush over to his amazing bakery on rue des Vinaigriers and at Maison Plisson.
To showcase his talent and generosity, the ex pastry chef of the Grande Epicerie has opened a new luminous workshop-bakery in the center of Ménilmontant with a cantina set up around a wooden oven, colorful formica furniture, freestone walls and a communal table in a deliciously typical Parisian ambiance.
