The energizing smoothie for twigs

Today, Fashion Week is beginning and it-girls are in the starting-blocks to attend a marathon of shows. For a fix of vitamins at mini-calories, start the day with a 100% energizing smoothie imagined by a very fashionable par coach from l’Usine, Jean-Christophe Blin.

Temps of preparation : 10 minutes

Step 1 :

Boil water and steep the frity green tea in boiling water during 20 minutes. Filter and let the préparation cool down.

Step 2 :

Peel, pit and cut the apples into quarters, then peel the ginger root and the banana.

In a blender, place the apple quarters, the rasberries, , la a half-banana, the steeped green tea, the Ginger and the agava syrup. Mix during several minutes to obtain a homogenous and frothy texture.

Step 3 :

Taste or set aside (this smoothie can be kept for a maximum of 48 hours in the refrigerator).

Tip : for maximum energy add 50 ml of ginseng juice.

- 4 Pink Lady® apples

- 150 g of raspberries

- ½ banana

- 1 tablespoon of fruity green tea

- 400 ml of water

- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup

- 1 cm of ginger root
