His cult paintings inspired by American comics strips have made him and icon of modern art, but Roy Lichtenstein also worked on sculpture, engraving and prints.
His prolific work, strongly conditioned by pop culture of which he was a leader during the 60s, can be discovered at the Centre Pompidou, during this exceptional retrospective.
One hundred works by the famous American artist, including his famous comics trip characters underlined with a heavy black contour, are presented in a colorful display.
