In the skyline of Parisian hype shines Le Perchoir, this 400m2 terrace with a 360° view on the roofs of Paris. Launched by three buddies in an incognito building, this bar cultivates a very holiday allure with wooden tables and chairs, Moroccan poufs spread out here and there, as well as little lanterns... And they say that if you close your eyes, you can see the sea!
Good to know: for the bar, first come, first served. However, you need to sneak into the line as early as possible, to head for seventh heaven while giving big smiles to the bouncer at the entrance of the building.
We also like: the restaurant, on the floor below, that does not have a spectacular view but is clearly worth the detour. A brute décor with chic vintage pieces, elbow-to-elbow with the bobo version of VIP Paris and a unique menu that plays the surprise card. Freshness and a subtle mix of rewarding savors.
