So who’s the winner in the « deluxe street-food » category? An Indian cheese-nan! Phew, a small so Bollywood shop has just opened its doors in the Marais for the greatest pleasure of foodies.
Behind this fast-good venue one finds chef Hélène Samuel, (who we adore) ex café Pleyel, who has set up her corner of delights, with a street kitchen ambiance just like in Mumbaï.
On the program: the cheese-nan in the capital (4,70€), cooks his nans in a traditional oven, to savor with a nice pour salad, carrot, cumin, avocados...
No gluten buffs perk up: we love the Birdie, gluten free crêpes. Our darling? Grilled chicken, glazed tomatoes, spinach sprouts, yogurt, grilled sesame (7,50€). And wash it down with a good chaï latte (3,10€)
Really tops: their airy Taj Mahal yogurt, like a Fontainebleau with mango, praline spread…(4€).
Amazing: the sunny garden right next door for a chic picnic 14 impasse Berthaud 75003 PARIS
