The new lobster hot-dog version

It’ the new food snobbism for Spring. While some are happy with drooling burgers, others prefer the chic version  of the hot-dog : the lobster roll. In a soft bun, replace the sausage (not classy enough) with lobster from Brittany, covered with a house sauce and you will obtain the new tasty whim of the arty trendy crowd

All the Parisian VIP media types are heading for this monomaniac address with a super well done decor opened by a scenographer directly inspired by the famous American lobster bars.

At happy hour, pretty girls and trendy boys come knock back organic jaja, as they call the wine in slang, and bite into these posh hot-dogs served with crispy golden match-size fries.

And also : classic tarama, urchin, or crab spread happily on crispy bread.

The down side : a little expensive for a deluxe hot-dog
