You surely have already heard of Bruno Doucet. Normal, he is one of the ring leaders in the universe of bistronomy, the king of regional products and always full with his amazing 39€ all-included menu.
Well, our darling chef has decided to move his rue Saint Honoré address a few blocks down and has redesigned his first bistro, always in a Les Halles spirit with a trendy roguish touch we really appreciate !
We adore: his wowie ALL INCLUDED menu at 39€! Begin with the irresistible complementary house-terrine! Then for starters: an organic egg with girolle mushroom cream, a risotto with squid ink and jumbo shrimp or a velvety Jerusalem artichoke soup.
In terms of dishes: braised cheek of beef, pig belly from Ospital (the Rolex of pork) or an unforgettable salmon. For dessert: impossible to miss the cult rice pudding caramel or the amazing Grand Marnier soufflé!
